Our aim is to ensure that athletes enjoy the programs, training and competitions. Strong comradery characterises the squad with the goal of pushing each other along whilst having fun.
We develop strong individual athletes, who can independently manage and self-motivate for performance. Athletes have support throughout training and competition periods and also develop resilience in individual sessions.
Training targets a balance of short and long term goals. Sessions are manipulated to address psychological and physiological demands of the athlete. Coaching staff are experienced educators who understand the need to balance work-study-training and everyday living.
A variety of training methodologies are embedded in sessions to enhance motivation and maintain freshness. Less is More- We promote the concept of achieving individual goals without the need to risk injury or burnout through overtraining.
